I also don't have new seal/joint at hand, so figured I wouldn't bother trying harder to get it off, because most likely I'd damage the seal and then i'd be screwed. Vacuum Lines / Mis-firing & poor idle. was replacing the vacuum lines on my 1999 Audi A6 2.8 30v, and am now wondering if when i replaced the vac lines, I put the vac line from the fuel pressure regulator back on wrongly - at the mo it goes straight to the EGR Vacuum Solenoid Valve (part # 026 906 283 H) via a t-piece - gold colour solenoid in
5 Post (s) Re: a6 3.0 tdi po401 insufficent flow – 27-09-2015, 11:03 AM. My insufficient flow message was from the nostrils blocked in the cast metal pipe leading to the inlet manifold, but as my EGR is operational I would get this. Cleaning process is highlighted here:

Swapped coil packs back replaced spark plugs with OEM pregapped plugs. sparkplugs had 30k miles on them reset codes. misfire again. scaned codes ----> cylinder 1 misfire. **** GAVE UP SENT TO DEALERSHIP****. recirculation valve Intermittent defect $363.80.
