I have a 2015 KTM 1190 Adventure R which had a slight clunk feeling/sound in the steering head bearing area. I could easily replicate this clunk if the bike was stationary and I apply the front brake then manually compress and release the front forks by shifting my weight onto and off of the handle bars.

KTM released the 990 Adventure in S, R and Dakar versions with varying seat heights, wheel sizes and different suspension. In 2013, the 1190 Adventure was launched. An all new bike, it combined raw-v-twin power with top of the range electronics.
